Training and Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
Quess’ Training and Employee Assistance Program aims to support people’s lives through a broad training curriculum. We work with NSDC, central, and state governments to prepare customized skill development courses. Our training modules backed by a team of over 100 experts help participants align their skills with job market requirements.
Offered in both English and regional languages, our placement-linked training improves theoretical and practical knowledge of candidates and enhances their employability. Our programs have resulted in placements for thousands of rural and urban youth. We also serve as the first point of intervention for issues affecting the personal and professional lives of our candidates. We offer information and support on matters related to:
- Workplace conflict and communication
- Substance abuse and addictions
- Depression, anxiety, and stress
- Health education and health promotion
- Short term counseling and guidance
- Medical support for employees and their family members
- Awareness on work-related aspects
As part of our social outreach initiatives, we work with a non-profit organization called Careworks Foundation. In addition to positively impacting people’s lives through health and education, this is also creating sustainable means of livelihood for weaker sections of society.
